I had the pleasure of working with PORTCALL during the winter & summer of 2012 when SY GWEILO was in Palma for an extensive project. We initially used the company to undertake the paperwork and formalities associated with Temporary Importation for VAT exemption. Their attitude and ability in dealing with this complex matter was exemplary. They understood the requirements and handled all dealings with the Spanish Customs authorities with efficiency, competence and with an absolute minimum of fuss.

She is unfailingly charming, helpful and knowledgeable. Her ready smile and solid competence make her an absolute pleasure to work with. Cristina’s linguistic ability smooths many transactions and her “can-do” attitude coupled with endless energy ensures that your business receives top quality service at all times. Meanwhile, the strong administrative support provided by Fernanda Dias is also commendable and highly efficient. Though the company personnel were always ‘on-call’ in the background and available to assist, they were never pushy or seeking ‘extra’ involvement.
